I spent a lot of
time in the Santa Barbara Rose Garden this week, focusing on rosebuds. I
find pictures of just the flower pretty boring so I’ve been shooting the
bud, which is usually not the subject, and tried to get an interesting
background for it. I’ve got several shots that came out pretty well, but
none that I really love. I think I should give this subject a rest for
now, because I might get burnt out on it otherwise. Who knows what I’ll
do next week.
